Now accepting nominations for the 2023 Caribbean Association of Pharmacists Peer Awards.

General rules governing all awards.

All persons making nominations must:

1. Be a member of the Caribbean Association of Pharmacists and be in good financial standing.
2. Complete the Nomination Form and inform the nominee for their approval
3. Submit Nomination Form no later than July 31, 2023
4. The Executive Council reserves the right to make a nomination
5. The Awardees will be announced during the Annual Awards Ceremony
6. The decision of the Selection Committee/Executive Council of CAP shall be final.
