Dear CAP Member:

Notice is hereby given that the Bi-Annual Election of Officers at the Annual General Meeting of the Caribbean Association of Pharmacist will be held at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort in Frigate Bay, St. Kitts & Nevis on Thursday, 10^th August 2023 starting at 11:00 a.m, under Agenda item #15 as stipulated in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting 2023, that has circulated to the membership.

Voting in respect of any business can be transacted at the Annual General Meeting.

If you are unable to attend, a form of Proxy may be accessed from the CAP website at www.cap-pharmacists.com. The form should be deposited with the Secretary, either in person or via email at not less than 48 hours before the commencement of the Annual General Meeting, (i.e. no later than 11am Tuesday, August 8^th 2023).  

Any member in good standing may nominate a member also in good standing as a candidate for the Executive Council, notwithstanding that said nominee meets all constitutional requirements of said office. Nomination forms may be accessed from the CAP website and submitted via email to the Elections Committee at email: ; All completed nominations must be received by the CAP Office by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 17^th, 2023. Any query as to the status of membership, and/or the qualifications for CAP officers can also be addressed via email to with reference to the Elections Committee.

The Elections Committee shall confirm the status of all nominees and cause to be published a list of all approved candidates no later than Wednesday, July 26^th 2023.
