We are a network of care providers dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people. Our association achieves this by fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement among the membership in pursuance of the advancement of the profession of Pharmacy. Members aspire to practice Pharmacy with a social conscience and commitment to the growth and development of the people of the Caribbean.
Our Philosophy
We believe that every pharmacist has a right to self actualization within the context of a binding responsibility to contribute to improving the healthcare of all people. CAP will provide opportunities to harness and unleash the potential of Caribbean pharmacists so that they can contribute to the growth and development of the region.

Our History
The Caribbean Association of Pharmacists was inaugurated at a meeting of several leading pharmacy figures in the English speaking Caribbean in Kingston, Jamaica, in 1976.
Our Constitution
The original Constitution was amended at the 16th Caribbean Association of Pharmacists/19th Commonwealth Pharmacy Association – Americas Region Joint Conference in Antigua on August 17th, 1996.
The Constitution was amended and the Bylaws approved at the Special Annual General Meeting in Nassau, Bahamas on May 1st, 2010.
